Greetings my stamping friends. I have finally finished one of the “one sheet wonder” projects I have been working on the past several days. What is a “one sheet wonder” project you ask? Well, simply put it uses one sheet of designer series paper to create a series of cards or scrapbook pages.
I chose one sheet from the Petal Promenade Designer Series Paper 12 x 12 pack — the one that had a bunch of square and rectangle “frames” made out of flowers. I was able to create nine (9) cards from this one sheet of DSP as follows:
So tell me what you think? My struggle was what ribbons or other embellishments to use on the cards. I think I like the white ones without the ribbons but perhaps I just didn’t have the “right” ribbon for this particular design.
Here are the Stampin’ Up! products that I used in the design of these cards which can be added to your shopping cart by clicking on the thumbnails below:
Product ListIf you have any questions as to the design elements on any particular card, do not hesitate to ask. I provide my tutorials to you for FREE. You simply just need to ask.
I am working on a second “one sheet wonder” collection of cards using another sheet of DSP from this same pack. Stay tuned for that post to come soon.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you leave here inspired to put stamps to ink to paper. Until next time, stamp on my friends.
Linda
Such attractive cards. The Petal Promenade DSP is perfect with the Beautiful Promenade stamp set. I couldn’t see it until you showed me. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you Meg. I hope to use this set more along with the coordinating framelits. This was my first time to pull them off the shelf and they are too lovely to be neglected.
