Greetings my stamping friends! I wanted to share a quick project with you from a recent team meeting which was a “mystery stamping” project. We were given dimensions of cardstock and designer series paper for cutting and then walked through our project assembly step by step. We each selected our own stamp set and colors.
Here is my finished project which uses the Amazing Silhouettes and Honeybee Home stamp sets from the January – June Mini Catalog and the Design a Daydream Designer Series Paper (a host reward item) from the brand new 2022-2023 Annual Catalog:
This project included a fun-fold. The supplies and dimensions are provided below:
Card Base colored cs: 4-1/4″ x 9-3/4″, scored at 4-1/4″
Same color cs as card base: 4″ x 1-1/4″, score along one of the short ends at 1/2″
Basic White for inside: 5-1/4″ x 4″
DSP pattern 1: 4″ x 4″
DSP pattern 2: 4″ x 1-1/4″
Basic White: 2-3/4″ X 2-3/4″ or a die cut of a similar size
Coordinating color cs (different or same as card base): 3″ x 3″ (if desired to layer under shape from above)
Coordinating Ribbon: 12″
Stamps/dies to create a focal point on Basic White cs shape from #6, and on inside if desired.
This was a really fun and easy card layout. And with all of us choosing our own papers and stamp sets, the variety of finished projects was spectacular. If you have any questions regarding this project or how to assemble the parts, please just ask.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you leave here inspired to put stamps to ink to paper. Until next time, stamp on my friends.
It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for—the 2022–2023 Annual Catalog is finally here! We hope you’re as excited as we are about our biggest publication of the year.
Are you ready for a year filled with friendship, fun, creativity, and connection? That’s what our Annual Catalog is all about! With the turn of every page, you’ll find stunning product suites, inspiring project ideas, and the kind of coordination you can’t find anywhere else.
Prepare to share what you love about the 2022–2023 Annual Catalog with your friends! I promise you are going to love it (and want it) all!
If you have placed an order with me during the past year or so you should have automatically received a printed copy of the new Annual Catalog in the mail by now. If not, reach out and ask for a copy. I would be more than happy to mail you one. The products look so much better when looking at them in a catalog, rather than on a computer screen or tiny phone screen (wink wink).
There is also a link to an electronic copy of the catalog on my Blog’s home page in the right margin, but HERE it is just in case. You can also download a PDF version by clicking on the down arrow with the underscore in the upper left corner of the page. (You will need to retrieve the file from you Downloads folder and save it to your computer.)
Thank you for stopping by today. I have lots of new projects to share with you using new products from the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog now that I have made it through my taxes and have started a dispute on my property appraisal (adulting is hard, y’all!).
Greetings my stamping friends. Continuing our tour of stamp sets that are retiring from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog, Project No. 2 uses the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set and coordinating Many Layered Blooms Dies. (NOTE: The cardstock base in Crumb Cake, Basic White cardstock, Poppy Parade Ink and adhesives are not among the items retiring on May 2, 2022.)
I have to admit this is the first time I have used this product bundle, which sadly is not uncommon for me. How about you?
I stamped the largest flower stamp from the set on a piece of 5.25″ x 4″ piece of Basic White cardstock in Bumblebee using my Stamparatus just in case I wanted to restamp some areas and to make sure I had even transfer of the ink from the stamp. Perfect stamp impression on the first attempt. I love my Stamparatus and highly recommend this tool if you struggle getting a perfect stamp image on your first attempt with larger stamps.
Next I used the two-step dies with the ombre (glimmer) specialty paper and cut the bottom layer with the darker ombre portion and the top layer with the lighter portion. I hope the glimmer shows in the photo. It is really beautiful IRL.
The Basic White stamped piece is attached to the Crumb Cake card base using dimensionals. I cut the banner flag end using the Banners Pick a Punch and attached that using dimensionals as well. The final touch are the Silver & Clear Epoxy Essential embellishments.
While this card may look difficult, it was actually quick and easy. With the right tools, everything is possible and here Stampin’ Up! has provided you with the perfect tools to make beautiful cards just like this one in almost any color of the rainbow!
If you want to get your own set of tools before they are gone for good, here are the hyperlink thumbnails that will make it quick and easy to add these products to your shopping cart:
Just to recap, the retiring products are as follows:
Blossoms in Bloom Stamp Set
Many Layered Blossoms Dies
Bumblebee Classic Stampin’ Pad
Ombre Special Paper 12 x 12
Silver & Clear Epoxy Essentials Embellishments
If you have any questions on ordering retiring products or have difficulty placing an order, please let me know. Keep in mind that these products are only available while supplies last. Once they are sold out, they will be turned off in the ordering system.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you leave here inspired to put stamps to ink to paper. Until next time, stamp on my friends.
Greetings my stamping friends. It is time to begin our tour of stamp sets that are retiring from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. I have approximately 31 stamp sets (and some include bundles of dies or punches) that are included on this Last Chance Products List, so this means I have at least 31 opportunities to share projects with you. This doesn’t include, of course, all of the papers and embellishments – I will try to incorporate all of those into my 31 stamp set projects. Whew!
Project No. 1 uses the Always in My Heart stamp set and coordinating Floral Heart Dies. (NOTE: The cardstock base Pale Papaya, Basic White cardstock, Gold Foil Paper and Tuxedo Black Memento Ink and adhesives are not among the items retiring on May 2, 2022.)
I placed one of the Square Vellum Doilies behind the die cut filigree heart to fill in the blank heart area since I opted to place my banner sentiment lower on the heart.
If you wish to order any of these products, below are the hyperlink thumbnails to making adding these items to your shopping cart a breeze:
I received some Happy Mail today from the Stampin’ Up Home Office!
I received my Recognition Pin for my Title Advancement to Silver! Woohoo! A special thank you to my new team member, Holly Waddell, for making this possible. Also to my incredible team leader, Amy Storrie, for never giving up on me.
I truly love what I do and I love sharing it with you all. I hope you love seeing what I create as much as I love creating it.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you leave here inspired to put stamps to ink to paper. Until next time, stamp on my friends.
Greetings my stamping friends. I hope you all are doing well and have seen my notice from yesterday about the Last Chance Product List for the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog. If not, be sure to review my blog post from yesterday.
From now until the 2021-2022 Annual Catalog sales periods comes to an end, I am going to feature projects in my blog posts using products that are going to be retired.
Today’s project uses the Flowering Rain Boots Bundle from the January to June 2022 Mini Catalog in the retiring 2020-2022 In Colors.
I had also stamped and die cut the flowerpot and sunflowers, but felt it would be too crowded to add that additional element to the front of the card; however, I may just add it to the inside!
With the exception of the Basic White cardstock and the adhesives, everything I used in the design of this card will retire (will not be available for purchase in the 2022-2023 Annual Catalog).
In case you need to add these supplies to your crafting arsenal before they are gone for good, here are the hyperlink thumbnails to make your shopping quick and easy:
PRICE INCREASE: It has been announced that there will be a price increase on several staple products (such as cardstock, inks and more) in the new catalog beginning May 3. Now would be a great time to stock up on some of these products at the lower price.

REMEMBER: Retiring products are available only while supplies last. The first items to sell out are the In Colors (papers, inks and embellishments) so don’t wait too long to get what you need and want.
Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you leave here inspired to put stamps to ink to paper. Until next time, stamp on my friends.

Greetings my stamping friends. I thought I would change things up a bit today by sharing the February 2022 Paper Pumpkin Kit – Safari Celebration – with you. This really is not a kit that I would have purchased for myself, but once I started putting the pieces together, I really had a fun time.
This month’s kit had supplies to make nine (9) cards – three (3) each of three (3) designs. I went ahead and made all of the cards per the instructions just so I didn’t have to “think too hard” about what I wanted to do. One of the many reasons I love my monthly Paper Pumpkin boxes – the projects are already planned for me and all I have to do is a little stamping and assemble the parts. Here are samples of the three cards.
Here is a picture of the unique stamp set that was included with this month’s kit:
And as provided every month, here is the how-to video from the professionals:
Did you know that the purchase of a Paper Pumpkin subscription during Sale-a-Bration earns you FREE products? It’s true! You can purchase a subscription for yourself or prepaid subscriptions for friends for upcoming holidays or special occasions. The prepaid codes never expire!
The kit cost of a month-to-month subscription is now $23.50 (US) (shipping included); however, if you purchase prepaid subscriptions in groups of 1-, 3-, 6-, or 12-month subscriptions, you save on the monthly kit cost. See the below thumbnails for ordering information below:

Greetings my stamping friends, and Happy President’s Day too!
Since this Texas weather can’t decide what it wants to do this time of year (warm, cold, rain, snow or something in between), I thought I would share with you all a card that was created by one of the members from my Connect & Create group that I received in a recent swap. This card uses the Rainbow of Happiness Bundle from the January to June 2022 Catalog, as well as the coordinating Designer Series Paper – Sunshine & Rainbows – available for FREE during Sale-a-Brationthrough February 28, 2022, or while supplies last.
Who doesn’t need a rainbow and sunshine in their day? A cute handmade card like this one would definitely put a smile on the lucky recipient’s face!
Here are the Stampin’ Up! products Socorro used in the design of her card with the thumbnails that will make adding these items to your shopping cart quick and easy:
If you have any questions on the dimensions or design of this card, please ask me. I am happy to answer any questions you may have. (NOTE: The ribbon Socorro used is the 2020-2022 In Color Ribbon in Bumble Bee which is a retired item. Feel free to substitute with a ribbon of your choice.)
Don’t forget that the Sunshine & Rainbows Designer Series Paper is FREE and available only during Sale-a-Bration with any $50 purchase (before tax and shipping) through February 28, 2022, or while supplies last. Do not miss out on getting a package (or two) of this coordinating paper for the Rainbow of Happiness Bundle.
